Off leash pet letter

I would say that over half of the club meetings I have been to have brought up the issue of off leash dogs.  Even our community service officer called it out as the #2 reported problem by North Hill residents.  People have also told me that they don’t want to call the police on their neighbors, and at the same time are not willing to confront them about the problem.  My hope is that this letter can help you solve the issue with a neighbor.  We live in a really great part of the Puget Sound and I would hate to see good people leave because of a problem that could have been addressed.

And if you do send your neighbor a copy of this letter I would very much like to know how it goes!
